HAMPTON + WELLS was born out of the idea that every home should be a lovely place to walk into. A breath of calm in the midst of our hectic lives. Ingrained in me from childhood is the idea that any living space should be cozy, warm, and inviting. Hampton + Wells are two street names that are near and dear to my heart. Hampton is the name of the street I grew up on and Wells is the name of the street I moved to when first arriving in Chicago for college. Both places invoke this sense of rest and warmth.

Hi, I’m Leah, the founder of HAMPTON + WELLS. I’m a Grand Rapids, MI native and I stumbled into real estate after graduating from college here in Chicago. I quickly learned I loved the industry and all of its twists & turns. After serving as a broker on a team for a number of years and seeing homes in all shapes & sizes, I have come to realize that my true love is in home design and seeing spaces come together. Because of my extensive experience in real estate, I have a keen eye for staging homes that will sell quickly and specifically match the style of the home to the style of furnishings.

Here at Hampton + Wells, we want to give that feeling to everyone who walks through one of our homes. A simple phone call or email is enough to start the process! We work with realtors, homeowners, and developers across the country virtually and in Little Rock, Arkansas in-person to transform spaces into modern homes that appeal to a broad base of a perspective buyers.

I live in the Midtown area, I love my cozy 60’s ranch that I and my husband renovated, black coffee, my parents Goldendoodle Lionel, running, vintage woodwork, and audiobooks.
